During your stay at Les Ramiers, the weather may not be to your advantage for a day. So for today, let’s ditch the beach and outdoor walks. I suggest you head for La Rochelle instead. Its magnificent aquarium will be ideal for a day like this. It will even make you forget the outside world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tickets are time-stamped, so you’ll need to book your trip to the aquarium in advance. The Aquarium is open every day of the year, especially in summer (July 10 to August 31), from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm. The last entry can therefore be made no later than 9:30 pm. There are classic and premium tickets. Premiums allow earlier arrival at the same price as standard tickets. Allow 1 h 30 for the visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now, let yourself be carried. Discover species of all kinds. Get ready to be immersed in the ocean depths. You’ll come across no fewer than 600 different species. There are 80 aquariums and 20 different types of shark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New this year, you’ll find an activity book at reception to guide young and old through the visit. It is available for sale at \u20ac2.50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take a stroll and discover their universes, each more impressive than the last. You can find out more about these species, how they live and where they live on the notice boards. The tour will take you to the store, where you can pick up a souvenir before setting off on your next adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
